Programmes

 

Grey Coast projects are delivered through three programmes:
 Anchor, Gateway and Enterprise

 

The Anchor Programme is a three year programme which consists of long-term projects delivered in partnership with a range of organisations. Anchor projects are Grey Coast’s core artistic work and allow the Company to develop links with other organisations over time and ensure that the artistic and social benefit are enjoyed by all participants.

 

The Gateway Programme is a programme of short-term projects. This Programme will allow Grey Coast to react more quickly and effectively to local and national initiatives. These are single projects or supported projects which will go on to be developed by other organisations.

 

The Enterprise Programme consists of projects which generate income for the Company. Grey Coast undertakes service provision on behalf of other organisations. This includes management services, event management, research consultancies and facilitation.
